Medication in school

If it is necessary for prescription medicine or tablets to be taken by children at school, please obtain a form from the school office or print and complete the form below.  Medicines prescribed for 3 doses per day can be taken before school, after school and at bedtime. Children must not keep medicines in class. Medicines must be looked after by the school office except for inhalers which must be carried by the child at all times.
