Through the Elliot Foundation, Westwood school has a close link with the Royal Ballet and Opera. Linked to their educational programme, Westwood pupils have the opportunity to take part in a range of RBO projects including: 

• Create & Sing - Yr1 - The Magic Flute, Year 3 - Hansel & Gretel
• Create & Dance - Yr2 - The Nutcracker, Year 5 - Alice in Wonderland
• Create & Design - Yr4 - Alice In Wonderland 

Children initially take part in a live lesson to introduce them to the project. There is then a series of lessons building towards a final piece/product. 

In previous years, pupils have had the opportunity to visit The Crescent Theatre in Peterborough to perform their dances and visit the Royal Opera House in London to perform songs from The Magic Flute.
